• All fresh marine catches and sea fishes listed on our website are subject to daily catch availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or adjust weights at any time based on seasonal catch fluctuations.
• Product images represent fresh catch standards. Slight variations in size and natural color may occur.
• We make every effort to display accurate descriptions, gross vs net weights, cut types (whole cleaned, sliced, curry cut), and pricing.
• All perishable products are packed in temperature-controlled food-grade ice boxes for maximum freshness during delivery.

• All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, and SSLCOMMERZ payment options.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase fresh seafood at the listed price. An order is confirmed once verified via call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, catch unavailability, or extreme weather disruptions.
• Please ensure that your name, phone number, and delivery address are accurate. Sea Fish Online Store is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect contact details provided by the customer.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, seafood images, and software — is the property of Sea Fish Online Store and is protected under applicable copyright laws.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
